ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel suspicious orders
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Cancel duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive transactions

Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment begins.

Once an order is placed, fulfillment preparation may begin immediately.

FINAL SALE / NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

weguaranTEA does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after checkout.

Because many of our products include consumable goods, made-to-order items, custom products, digital products, limited-run inventory, and print-on-demand merchandise, all purchases are considered final sale.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

While refunds are not provided, certain eligible products may qualify for replacement only under the following conditions:

REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item arrives defective
  • Shipment issue caused by fulfillment error

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Contact support within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide order number
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Replacement requests submitted outside the allowed timeframe may be denied.

TEA & CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons:

  • Opened tea products cannot be returned or replaced
  • Consumed or partially used consumables are not eligible for replacement
  • Any tea pouch, seal, or consumable packaging that has been opened is considered final sale

PRINT-ON-DEMAND & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Items including mugs, apparel, accessories, decor, custom merchandise, or made-to-order products are replacement eligible only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Minor variations in color, alignment, sizing, print placement, or material texture do not qualify for replacement.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from weguaranTEA, you agree to contact customer support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Order cancellation
  • Submission of supporting evidence to payment processors
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe violates these Terms.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Customs processing

  • Delivery service interruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
