SHIPPING POLICY

weguaranTEA is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently and accurately as possible. By placing an order through weguarantea.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders begin processing immediately after successful payment authorization.

Because many weguaranTEA products are:

  • Made-to-order
  • Print-on-demand
  • Limited release
  • Pre-order
  • Small-batch
  • Consumable products

fulfillment preparation may begin shortly after checkout confirmation.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after submission
  • Shipping addresses cannot always be changed once processing begins
  • Orders cannot be canceled after submission. Please review our Refund Policy for replacement eligibility on damaged or defective items.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing purchase.

PROCESSING TIMES

Standard processing times may vary depending on:

  • Holidays

  • Pre-order schedules

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some items may ship separately depending on fulfillment partner, inventory location, or product category.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

  • Items may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available
    OR
  • Items may ship separately at our discretion

Estimated pre-order ship dates are subject to manufacturing, logistics, and carrier conditions outside of our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

weguaranTEA may use multiple shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other delivery partners.

Carrier selection is determined based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size
  • Fulfillment partner
  • Shipping efficiency
  • Availability

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for physical delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only.

  • Exact delivery dates
  • Weekend delivery
  • Carrier scan accuracy
  • Carrier delivery speed

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Carrier backlog
  • Customs processing
  • National emergencies
  • High-volume seasons
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Lost carrier scans
  • Delivery access issues

These delays do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

weguaranTEA is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to address errors
  • Packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses

If an order is returned due to customer address error:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Reshipping is not guaranteed
  • Replacement eligibility may be denied depending on product condition

LOST, STOLEN, OR MARKED DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • weguaranTEA is not responsible for theft or loss
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims or investigations

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use secure delivery locations
  • Monitor tracking information closely
  • Contact carriers immediately regarding delivery issues

weguaranTEA reserves the right to assist with carrier investigations at our discretion but is not obligated to replace or refund delivered packages.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an order arrives physically damaged due to shipping:

  • Customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required
  • Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of replacement

Approved claims may qualify for replacement only.

Refunds are not provided.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • VAT charges
  • Local regulatory restrictions

  • Customs delays
  • International seizure
  • Import refusal

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted within their destination country before purchase.

  • Delivery interruptions
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Third-party shipping failures

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase amount paid for the affected order.

FRAUD PREVENTION

  • Request additional customer information
  • Refuse suspicious transactions
  • Cancel orders flagged for fraud prevention review

Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed or canceled without notice.
