At weguaranTEA, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products, all tea sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened tea products for safety and quality assurance reasons.

Non-consumable items such as drinkware or merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Replacement Policy

Eligible replacements are available for:

  • Defective drinkware or merchandise

Replacement requests submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not qualify.
